MEET OUR COACHES
BIRTE MOLIERE
German born zero-waste advocate Birte Moliere grew up in an eco-conscious culture -- limiting waste, maximising recycling and cleaning beaches from an early age.
She’s the owner of SEED.Sustainability Solutions and has spent the last two decades working on a wide range of innovative sustainability programs with businesses, not-for-profits and protected area management agencies in Australia and abroad.
Birte is the co-founder of Waste Wise Peninsula, which is focussed on reducing waste and plastic pollution. She runs beach cleans with Beach Patrol Australia and supports local community groups and schools to achieve conservation outcomes.
She’s a sought after sustainability coach and has worked with a wide range of businesses over the years who’ve welcomed her practical approach to reducing their impact, saving money and building a sustainable brand along the way.
KELLIE LINDSAY
Kellie is the National Manager of the Boomerang Alliance's Plastic Free Places Program, which helps businesses all over Australia to reduce single-use plastics and waste. She has extensive experience working one-one-one with businesses, and understands the needs and barriers that they face when making sustainability changes within their operations. She works alongside supply chains and manufacturers and has an in-depth knowledge of alternative products, and experience in implementing workable solutions for businesses.
Through her management, the Plastic Free Places program now operates in 8 states and territories, and businesses under the program have eliminated over 15 million plastic items and implemented many other successful sustainability initiatives.
